About the Role
Andrew's Air Care is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized individual to join our growing team in Bathurst, New Brunswick.
We provide HVAC, electrical contracting, and solar services. We are seeking a Field Sales & Operations Coordinator who can help us grow our business while supporting daily operations.
This position combines customer-focused sales, estimating, field visits, and office coordination. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, identify opportunities, prepare estimates, and help coordinate projects from initial contact through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers, assess their needs, and help convert opportunities into sales.
Prepare estimates and quotations, follow up with potential customers, and coordinate approved jobs.
Assist with shop inventory, materials management, and supplier orders.
Support scheduling, customer communications, and daily office operations.
Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow between sales and operations.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and French is required.
Experience in sales, estimating, construction, HVAC, electrical, or solar services is an asset.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and close sales.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Comfortable using computers, estimating tools, and business software.
Valid driver's license.
Must be bondable and provide a criminal record check (no criminal record).
Industry knowledge is preferred, but training may be provided to the right candidate.
